Installation steps of the drainage pipe include:

Saw pipe and groove: use fine tooth saw, cutter and pipe cutter and other tools, the incision should be flat and perpendicular to the pipe body, the section shall not have any deformation.

Adhesive coating: use special adhesive, coating the joint surface of pipe and pipe parts, should be axial brushing, action quickly daub evenly.

Connecting of the bearing interface: after applying the adhesive to the socket, insert the pipe into the socket immediately, so that the insertion depth of the pipe end conforms to the drawn mark, and ensure that the straighand position of the bearing interface are correct.

Maintenance of the bearing interface: after the insertion of the bearing interface, the extruded adhesive should be wiped clean with cotton yarn or dry cloth dipped in the cleaner, and the static interface is solidified according to the performance of the adhesive and climate conditions.

 

 

The maintenance of PVC-U drainage pipe mainly includes regular inspection of the pipe integrity and tightening of connections, and timely cleaning of the debris in the pipe to prevent pipe blockage. In the winter construction, attention should be paid to the curing time of the adhesive, which may need to be extended appropriately.
