PE water supply pipe is made of PE100 imported from Nordic chemical industry and Korean petrochemical industry, and extruded by the German bartonfield imported extruder. The product has the characteristics of good flexibility, strong corrosion resistance, light weight and excellent impact resistance. The pipe connection adopts hot-melt socket, hot-melt butt joint and electric fusion connection, so that the pipes and pipe fittings are fused into one, the system is safe and reliable, and the construction cost is low. The specification, size and performance of PE pipes meet the requirements of GB/T13663-2000 standard, and the sanitary performance meets the requirements of GB/T17219 standard and relevant health safety evaluation regulations of the Ministry of health, which has developed rapidly in engineering application.

PE water supply pipe has a total of 98 products, which are divided into five grades of PN0.6MPa, PN0.8MPa, PN1.0MPa, PN1.25Mpa, PN1.6Mpa according to pressure, with a total of 22 specifications. It is mainly used in municipal water supply and residential network. The pressure grade required by municipal water supply is higher, while the pressure grade of residential network is relatively low.

Long service life: the product contains 2-2.5% evenly distributed carbon black, which can be stored outdoors or used for 50 years; Inert materials and good chemical corrosion resistance. The chemicals in the soil will not cause any degradation to the pipeline.

Good impact resistance at low temperature: the embrittlement temperature is very low, and it can be safely used at -60 ℃. Due to the good impact resistance of the material, the pipe embrittlement will not occur in winter construction.

Excellent stress cracking resistance and wear resistance: it has high shear strength, excellent scratch resistance and good wear resistance, which can effectively avoid damage to the pipeline system during construction.

Excellent flexibility and low installation cost: good flexibility makes the product easy to bend. In engineering, it can bypass obstacles by changing the pipeline direction, reduce the amount of pipe fittings and reduce the installation cost.

Strong anti foundation settlement ability: the elongation at break of PE water supply pipe exceeds 500%, which has strong adaptability to uneven foundation settlement and excellent seismic performance.

Firm connection and no leakage: the pipeline systems are connected by electric and hot-melt methods, and the pressure bearing and tensile strength of the joint is higher than that of the pipeline body.

Flexible construction method: in addition to the traditional excavation method, a variety of new trenchless technologies can be used for construction, such as pipe jacking, directional drilling, lining, pipe cracking, etc.
