Once in contact with moisture in the air, it will solidify into a tough rubber like solid material with strong adhesion and tensile strength, as well as weather resistance, vibration resistance, moisture resistance, odor resistance, and adaptability to large changes in temperature and cold.

It will not flow due to its own weight, so it can be used for seams over roofs or sidewalls without sinking, collapsing, or flowing away. Neutral silicone sealant overcomes the characteristics of acidic silicone sealant that corrodes metal materials and reacts with alkaline materials. It can fill all the depressions on the surface of the parts well and has good wettability.

It is dense and flexible in the surface gaps, and has good adhesion on the metal surface and forms a continuous adhesive film. It does not corrode metals, is stable to the medium, and can adapt to changes in external conditions without losing its sealing properties. In addition, it has good resistance to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and climate aging, good adhesion, and excellent adhesion to most building materials.

Before construction, solvents such as toluene or acetone must be used to clean the interface and keep it dry. If it is necessary to use primer together to enhance its adhesion, it must wait for the primer to completely dry before construction.

During construction, it should be ensured that the sealant completely fills the joint and that both sides are bonded. Apply tape to the areas that need protection, but do not let the tape come into contact with the surface to be constructed.

Before the adhesive is cured, it should be immediately trimmed to achieve a beautiful appearance. Place the adhesive device at room temperature until the adhesive solidifies. The construction site should maintain a good ventilation environment to prevent surface mold.

When not in use, it should be kept out of reach of children to avoid the risk of poisoning. If the bottle has been opened, please use it up within a short period of time. If not used up, the rubber bottle must be sealed. When reusing, the bottle neck should be unscrewed to remove all blockages or replaced.

It cannot be used for structural assembly, weather resistant sealing of various building curtain walls, interfaces buried underground for a long time and long-term immersion situations are not suitable for use, oily building materials are not suitable for use, transparent materials are not suitable for copper and zinc materials, and cannot be used for indoor perforated fire protection systems. The width of the butt joint should be at least 6 millimeters but not more than 5 millimeters. It is not recommended to use a single joint seal with a thickness of less than 3 millimeters.

It is not suitable to use a single joint seal that exceeds 5%. The surface temperature of the substrate is below 4 degrees Celsius or above 40 degrees Celsius and should not be used. It will not dissolve with materials that leak oil, plasticizers, or solvents. Frosted or damp surfaces cannot be bonded. In areas that are not ventilated (cured by moisture in the air), the surface of the substrate should not be used.

Clean or unstable, some unvulcanized or partially vulcanized rubber and tape, etc, The paint surface may fail to seal due to the cracking or peeling of the paint film, which can directly come into contact with the surface of food and be susceptible to mechanical wear.
